Several months ago you were invited to the General Assembly of OVOCOM. This would normally take place on Thursday 14 May 2020.

But exceptional times require exceptional measures. That is why we have decided to cancel our General Assembly for this year. This is, of course, unfortunate, but your health and that of our employees takes precedence.

We chose not to postpone the event either. Therefore, it is definitely cancelled. The statutory part will continue, by means of videoconference. If you were invited for the latter, you will have received a second separate invitation.

We wish you a lot of courage and perseverance in these difficult times, but most importantly a good health for you and your closed ones. We will see each other again next year for the General Assembly of 2021!
