82. Follow-up on regulations – November 2017

Every first working day of the week, we at OVOCOM upload an overview of the most relevant legal texts published the week before. That way, FCA companies, certification bodies and registered consultants may quickly and easily consult the latest news in terms of European, Belgian and French Legislation (Animal Feed Sector).

By browsing through our selection, you can easily determine if one of the selected texts primarily concerns you.

Additionally, on a monthly basis, we take a step back to dive into one or more recently published legislative texts.

The month of November 2017 appears to be in line with October: only few important publications.

One particular document catches our attention though: a memorandum from the French Ministry of Agriculture and Food. This document offers a practical approach to Annex IV of Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 (the famous ‘feed ban’). This initiative is a result of the publication in May 2017 of Regulation (EU) 2017/893. It also provides an update on the news that will become effective as from January 1, 2018.

Read the entire newsletter (login and password required).

Links to all texts published during the past month are available via our webpage “legislation”. This page is accessible to all FCA certified and/or ‘Self-checking Guide Animal feed’ companies through means of a login and password. If you do not yet have access, you can request one by sending an email to info@ovocom.be.
